For over 50 years, the Sheep Mountain Lodge has hosted travelers from across Alaska and around the world. We are located along the scenic Glenn Highway between Palmer and Glennallen. We are approximately 2 hours driving time from Anchorage. Our guests enjoy spectacular mountain views, local outdoor recreational activities, cabins with private bath and showers, delicious home cooked meals (restaurant open mid-May - mid Sept.), and old-fashioned Alaskan hospitality that has made Sheep Mountain Lodge famous. Enjoy the mountain scenery from the deck of your cabin or stroll through our beautiful greenhouse and flower gardens. You can watch Dall Sheep through our telescope or relax in the sauna or hot tub after a day of traveling or hiking.
