Located 9 miles from Wasilla in the heart of the Matanuska-Susitna valley. We are long time residents of Alaska, residing here at 7426 Sitze road for the last 15 years. Our Bed and Breakfast is on 80 acres of wooded Alaskan Wilderness, 2 miles from the Little Susitna river. We are situated on 80 acres, 5 of which are cleared. We are within walking distance of Church Ridge Trail which goes to the top of Hatcher Pass, Independence mine, and beyond. About 3 miles up the trail, you reach the tree line, and above that is all tundra, with beautiful views overlooking the valley floor.
